Who should sign the Terms & Conditions Document?

The Terms & Conditions Document is issued on the Trust Framework by an Organization Administrator or PBC and must be signed by the designated Legal Representatives of the institution. These Legal Representatives should be specified when the document is issued; however, they do not need to be registered on or have access to the Trust Framework. The signing process is managed via their provided email addresses using DocuSign, ensuring a secure and streamlined approval process.
