3.1 User Experience Principles
LFIs and TPPs are required to maintain a seamless and consistent user experience in alignment with the User Experience Principles defined in the Standards, specifically the following sections:
User Experience Principles | 9. Useful Elements in the User Journey
User Experience Principles | 10. Unhelpful Elements in the User Journey
User Experience Principles | 11. Other Rules for User Journeys
3.2 General Requirements
LFIs and TPPs must:
Include the AlTareq logo and progress bar (e.g. Consent-Authorize-Complete) on all screens where this logo and progress bar is displayed in the Customer Experience section of each journey.
Follow the exact design (colour, spacing and font) for the AlTareq logo and progress bar as defined in the Standards for each journey.
Include the AlTareq buttons (e.g. Pay by bank using AlTareq, Pay using AlTareq, Proceed using AlTareq, Authorize using AlTareq, etc) on all screens where these buttons are displayed in the Customer Experience section of each journey.
Follow the exact design (colour, spacing and font) for each AlTareq button as defined in the Standards for each journey.
Display all fields and data elements, in the same order, on each screen as defined in the Standards for each journey.
Follow the exact design for redirection screens (TPPs for redirection to LFIs, and LFIs for redirection to TPPs) as defined in the Standards for each journey.
LFIs and TPPs must not introduce any additional screens or steps in the journeys which are not defined in the Standards.
Please refer to these Figma Files for the brand assets for each journey
3.3 Allowable Variations
LFIs and TPPs may:
Use their own name/logo/design/colour in the header of each screen, to be consistent with other screens in their web/mobile app.
Use their own fonts, colours and spacing for any fields in between the progress bar and the AlTareq buttons on each screen.
Make subtle/minor changes to field labels (e.g. ‘Reference’ in place of ‘Payment Reference’) to be consistent with other screens in their web/mobile app.
Include supplemental information on relevant screens, providing this is explicitly allowed for in the Standards.
